How to Initiate a Return

We understand that the products you received might not have met your expectations. To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to us at order@nutnutnails.com with your order number and a list of the items you plan to return. This will enable us to provide you with a Canada address for return shipping.
  2. It's important to note that there are no return fees; however, please be aware that you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Our Return Policy
  • Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date for a full refund. These items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with the packaging intact.
  • Please bear in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable for all returns. If you've utilized a shipping promotion code, the refund will be adjusted by deducting the shipping cost.
  • Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or items that have been opened.
  • If you've made a purchase using a discount code, returns are accepted as long as the items remain unopened and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery. This, however, excludes sale items and holiday promotions.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned items at our facility, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 8-12 business days. For payments made through PAYPAL, please allow 2-3 business days for their processing. Additionally, your bank may require extra time to process and post the credit to your account upon receiving the information.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly follow the return process and proceed to place a new order for the desired item.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by emailing order@nutnutnails.com. Include your order number, item number, and a clear photo showcasing the defect. Once we verify the defect, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of inventory.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are possible only on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and within 24 hours of submitting your order. For cancellations, please email order@nutnutnails.com with your order number. After 24 hours, it's likely that your order has already been processed and is en route to you, making it ineligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can still return the order upon receipt using the provided return label.

Please understand that our team strives for swift order processing, which may make cancellations challenging even within the 24-hour window. Should this occur, we'll gladly offer a return label for you to use upon receiving your order.
